We understand that not everyone is able to attend the clinic & those who can’t would still really benefit from having treatments. Chelsea works alongside carers in the community & the MS society to offer visits on Mondays to those at home or in care that are unable to visit the salon, by appointment only.
As much as it saddens us to do so, we are now due to the current climate having to ask for deposits at the time of booking. This unfortunately is non refundable if cancelled with 48 hours. Deposits will be used towards your booked treatment and be deducted from your bill on the day of your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
Although we do appreciate that this is sometimes unavoidable, cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or a no show will unfortunately result in a 50% cancellation fee. It is not something we like doing, however it is a must to cover our overheads, thank you for your understanding.
